Returns

We will gladly accept the return of any packaged, unopened product in re-sellable condition within 14 days of purchase. This excludes toothpastes, mouth rinses, whitening systems and those products without safety seals.

White2th does not guarantee the effectiveness of any product and cannot accept returns of used products unless it is the policy of the manufacturer to do so. Please call for additional information on our return policy if you have any questions.

Delivery

Orders will be shipped using the US Postal Service (first class or Priority). Delivery time for shipments varies by destination, but generally speaking, orders shipped to destinations within the US will be delivered in 3 to 5 business days (international orders will normally take longer). Shippable orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be shipped on that day (Monday through Friday, except Holidays). Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped on the following business day.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Charges for shipping and handling are shown on your order just prior to final confirmation. These charges are derived from several factors, including the quantity and type of products being purchased, the shipping method, and the destination.

In some situations, it will not be possible to determine the actual shipping and handling charges at the time the order is being placed. In these situations, you will see a message directing you to contact us so that special pricing may be determined prior to the order being placed.
